Speechless

I know that I just updated last night, but today took my breath away.

Irish Studies
We spent the morning in the lecture hall, while Gordon told us all about local plants, animals, and rock formations that we would be seeing today on our trip to the west coast. We left around noon in our big, huge bus and headed towards the Cliffs of Moher.
(Where the cliff are presently, used to be the delta of a river, and over millions of years during the ice age, the rock, dirt, and sediment hardened and collected eventually turning into rock cliffs. Which is pretty crazy.)

We were assigned to spend the day gazing, sketching, and walking around. What a perfect day! With the information we gathered we are to create a 2d work for the museums gallery. After a few hours of taking in the sight and looking like a tourist, we headed back to the bus and headed home.
Although this was an amazing and beautiful sight, in the past few decades a ton of people have fallen over the edge, and so last year they put up stone walls to prevent people from going to close. Its unfortunate that such a great sight has been interjected by orange cones, fences, and cation signs . . . it kind of ruins the magic.

Oh and this is O'Brian's Castle
